it is "use immunity" that means information Meadows gives cannot be used against him. very limited.
basically, Meadows has evidence he committed a crime, but Jack Smith probably has more against meadows, and is willing to give up this, to be able to use it against someone else.

getting some more news about the Mark Meadows "immunity" he was FORCED to disclose some evidence and was granted immunity on it. basically bypassing the 5th amendment via court order.
an actual lawyer could probably explain it better.
but he hasn't flipped. he is fighting every inch to not disclose anything. via some well paid lawyers and corrupt anti-democracy funding.
