Yes, school lunches should be free. and even offer Free Breakfast. No one is shamed for being unable to pay, everyone is equal.
I was bullied so hard at High School during lunch I stopped eating lunch. Ended up feeding myself by working at a Subway.

How !@#$%-ing awful does a school have to be to do this? It's bad enough these kids are shamed at lunch. Now they can't have ice cream? Whomever is in charge of this needs to be beaten with a baguette.
