Inmate #P01135809 should be held in contempt for referring to himself as President on his plea filing. For tge RICO charge of trying to remain President
Guess who DOESN'T want a speedy trial in the #GeorgiaRICO case?
Going to burn through all his co-defendant true believers before he faces trial
Credit to Professor 🐦 Anthony Michael Kreis who was at the Hearing in federal court about Meadows attempt to bring the case to federal court.
I think Meadows just ruined his own defense on the stand based on Anthony's notes
you cannot say you working for both as the Chief of staff of the President.... AND HIS CAMPAIGN and say you 100% working as a federal officer
Mark Meadows has a potential perjury problem.
Fulton County DA puts it in understated terms in new brief.👇 (DA uses it just for credibility.)
Meadows' testimony included false statement - his lack of "any role" in coordinating false electors
Was then forced to acknowledge it.
All 19 defendants in the #GeorgiaRICO have plead not guilty
Some are still trying to severe their case from others, remove to Federal courts and 2 have asked for a speedy trial
Speedy trial hearing for Cheez and Kraken to sever thier case.
Fulton County DA's office estimates the trial in the #GeorgiaRICO case will take at least four months, not counting jury selection and TBD if any defendants want to testify. State intends to call 150 witnesses.
BREAKING: Fulton County Superior Court judge Scott McAfee denies motions to sever by Ken Chesebro and Sidney Powell.
Cheez and Kraken on track to be tried together starting Oct. 23, 2023.
#News : Judge McAfee has entered a case scheduling order for Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell’s case in Fulton County.
All motions due Sept. 27, trial set to commence Oct. 23.
FYI remember, this will be live on youtube. buy stock in popcorn futures now.
This might make things simpler and faster.
The Hatch act while barely worth the paper the words are written on clearly define a line that should not be crossed
Might end up with just 2 cases. The Cheez and Krakers speedy trial and everyone else.
Also expect plea deals to start being worked on

Scott Hall is in Trial accepting plea deal. This is a first!
will be on probation for FIVE YEARS and is pleading to misdemeanors only. $5000 fine, 200 hours of community service, and letter of apology to the State of Georgia.
Kenneth Chesebro (a harvard man) sent an E-mail that pretty much nicely wraps up the #jan6th lawsuits were purely political and had no chance of winning in courts

Kraken lawyer sidney powell pleads guilty ahead of trial

This is still up.
She just plead guilty to RICO charges and took a plea deal, and never won a single court case related #jan6th and most were dismissed before even coming to trial
The GOP is firmly against Democracy, Freedom, and the will of the people.
Kenneth Chesebro is expected to take a plea in Fulton County shortly.
like a house of cards falling like dominos, checkmate
The Cheese and Krakens have flipped! 5 second rule suspended pending trial
The single felony charge Chesebro has agreed to plead guilty to is Count 15 of the indictment: conspiracy to file false documents.
Prosecution recommends 5 years probation. Other conditions include $5,000 restitution, 100 hours community service, & apology letter.
That is a pretty sweet deal there. This is bad news, for Trump

Judge McAfee will hear argument on Fani Willis's motion for an emergency protective order over discovery materials in Trump's Georgia case.
The hearing follows release of proffer videos to media outlets earlier this week.
Watch here:
Judge sets a Tuesday 11/21 1:30 PM hearing for a motion seeking to revoke GA 2020 election RICO defendant Harrison Floyd's bond because of social media postings about witnesses/codefendants.
Floyd must be there in person. Probably also has to explain hus Xeets while the filing was announced
So much #findingout coming

Judge Scott McAfee denies motion to revoke bond of Harrison Floyd, one of Trump’s co-defendants in the Fulton County election interference case.
Floyd will not be taken into custody, but his conditions of release will be amended, per Judge McAfee.
@Kinnison The charge centers on the transmission of false information to Georgia legisaltors on Dec. 3, 2020.

This should be interesting.
@Kinnison Was his clients video released or just the other pleads? He put those people in danger and that should be a crime.
I watched the hearing.
Georgia law only allows a protective order if there's a substantial threat to witnesses' physical or economic well-being.
Even Fani Willis was not able to Prove to Judge McAfee that anyone was harmed with the release of the videos. And the Judge said there was nothing preventing it from release.
a proposed protective order would allow the state to designate certain discovery materials, such as proffer videos, as "sensitive" and not subject to release.
FYI Georgia state law is very open and transparent. The Judicial system believes it is in the public interest to see what is happening
Again, not unlawful or inherently unethical, but the release simply don't seem to be helpful to Hamptons case at all and very damaging to their co-defendants arguments in the court of public opinion.
@Kinnison So, basically, they're saying "You're not allowed to get around saying naughty things by merely reposting other people doing it and pretending that means you didn't say it too."
If I thought they'd actually enforce a rule, I might be mollified.
Fani Willis after a victory against Mark Meadows, and a shellacking of Gym Jordan takes on Jeffery clark and responds to his attempt to move to Fed Court
This lady is on 🔥
Jeff Clark, Willis writes, invokes the authority of DOJ “without acknowledging that his own superiors immediately told him that his letter went dangerously outside of any actual role of the DOJ, or that his attempts to go around them…threw the entire Department into a crisis.”
