Boom! trial. Zachary Rehl, Ethan Nordean, Enrique Tarrio and Joe Biggs are found GUILTY of seditious conspiracy.

This is a HUGE win for the justice department. Tarrio wasn't even at the Capitol.

This is also bad news for trump

The jury has been instructed to resume deliberations on the remaining counts:

- Counts 1 & 2 (Seditious Conspiracy & Conspiracy to Obstruct) for Dominic Pezzola.
- Count 8 (Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding Police) for all defendants

COUNT 2: Conspiracy to Obstruct Official Proceeding

Ethan Nordean: GUILTY
Joseph Biggs: GUILTY
Zachary Rehl: GUILTY
Joseph Biggs: GUILTY
Enrique Tarrio: GUILTY

COUNT 3: Obstruction of an Official Proceeding

Ethan Nordean: GUILTY
Joseph Biggs: GUILTY
Zachary Rehl: GUILTY
Joseph Biggs: GUILTY
Enrique Tarrio: GUILTY
Dominic Pezzola: GUILTY

The jury should be rewarded on its diligence to upholding Democracy. Marathon trial. 4 months. And the fact The jury acquitted a fifth defendant, Dominic Pezzola, of seditious conspiracy but convicted him of obstructing Congress gives legitimacy to them not just being a kangaroo court.

Pezzola's was smart and didn't let his ego incriminate himself which allowed him to avoid the sedition charge

Not going to matter. Still going to prison for a long time

Merrick Garland spiking the football.

14 people found guilty of sedition. All acted at the direction of the losing President

Looking at Sentencing guidelines of offense level (-30-), are all looking at a minimum of 10 years in prison more likely getting 15-20, there is also a possible terrorism enhancement.

We will find out more on May 25th when Peacekeeper leader Stewart Rhodes gets sentenced and a possible benchmark (No pun intended) is created.

A person who is charged with Sedition, cannot claim to be a Patriot PERIOD.

Sentencing AUg 29th

Guidelines recommend up to 33 years for Leader Enrique Tarrio, essentially life in prison

FYI this offense level is higher than Rhodes got.

Sentencing schedule

Judge Kelly tells the Proud Boys he will see some of them tomorrow for sentencing

see upthread of sentence length guidelines

Tarrio: AUG 30 @ 10AM
Nordean: AUG 30 @ 2PM
Biggs: AUG 31 @ 10AM

Justice Dept says "Due to an emergency, the court is not proceeding today with sentencings in the cases"

Seems more a technical issue

leader Joe Biggs sentenced to 17 years in prison for seditious conspiracy on Jan. 6.

This is the first time a federal judge has applied the full terrorism guideline in a case.

Former Philadelphia chapter president Zachary Rehl ordered to serve 15 YEARS in prison for conspiring to incite the violence at the U.S. Capitol on

Rehl even made a tear filled statement of remores and apology. Didn't do him much good

Judge sentences Domenic Pezzola to 10 years prison in case

He was seen using a stolen riot shield to break a window and create the first breach of the Capitol

Judge KELLY to Dominic Pezzola : "You were the one who smashed that window and let people begin to stream, into that Capitol building and threaten the lives of our lawmakers. It’s not something I would have ever dreamed I would have seen in our country.”

Lengthiest sentences to date:
-Stewart Rhodes (18)
-Joe Biggs (17)
-Zach Rehl (15)
-Peter Schwartz (14)
-Danny Rodrigues (12.5)
-Kelly Meggs (12)
-Dominic Pezzola (10)
-Thomas Webster (10)

Judge sentences Ethan Nordean to 18 years in prison in seditious conspiracy case. Matching the longest sentence of any defendant

leader Enrique Tarrio admits that Trump lost while giving his statement during sentencing

Anyone want to buy a bridge?

Domenic Pezzola yelled "Trump won" AFTER sentencing

Leader Enrique Tarrio sentencing

Judge Kelly: I do think the evidence supports the inference that Mr Tarrio was the ultimate leader, the ultimate person who organized, who was motivated by revolutionary zeal. That conspiracy ended up with about 200 men amped up, surrounding the Capitol, prepared for battle, led by his codefendants

TARRIO's 22-year sentence is likely to be the longest sentence anyone gets related to the attack, a reflection of his singular role in orchestrating a force of men that helped facilitate the breach of the Capitol.

Followed by 3 years probation

don't expect him to be out of prison until after 2040 even with time served and early release program. He would be 56 years old at that time

prisoner Tarrio lied on the stand about being sorry.

Now from prison he is saying he is there for "speaking the truth" and is asking for $$

He wouldn't know truth if it crawled up his arse and flowered

@Kinnison 56 is still young enough to try to overthrow the government again

@Kinnison Nobody so skilled at avoiding the truth doesn't know what the truth is. If they didn't know, they'd accidentally step in it from time to time.
