I'm watching Nicole Wallace's show on MSNBC, as usual. Each day she so clearly lays out the truth of Trump and the events around J6.
And I'm getting quite worried that we have not (yet) been assured that Jack Smith is going after Trump for Sedition nor have I heard that indictments are imminent for Meadows, Juliani, Eastman, etc.
I'm sure there will be an indictment. But if these guys aren't punished for their Sedition, that will be its own crime.

As much as i would like TFG charged with Sedition, I also would find it acceptable for him to spend the rest of his life in prison
Sedition requires intent. And proving it to a Jury and Judge is difficult Especially when you have a mob boss indirectly telling people "Oh i wish someone would remove this meddlesome Mike Pence"
Obstruction gets up to 20 years, and you can make Trump rot in prison for interfering in an investigation. That is easier to prove

I'm just tired of us doing what's easy instead of what's right. IMHO, if we can't convict Trump of sedition, (which he carried out on national TV) our justice system isn't what we say it is.
@sloudermilk sadly the judicial system isn't good at solving political problems and a parry that thinks it is above the law
