Sources indicate this doc was classified at the SECRET level, the kind of doc DOJ would be inclined to charge.
The recording was made at Bedminster in July 2021 by Trump aide Margo Martin when Trump met with ghost writers for Mark Meadows’ book, per sources familiar. Martin had her laptop and devices imaged earlier this year and got asked about the tape when she testified in March.
