@Blackwolf Really cannot go into detail in this format. But the Acting secretary of Defense, and the acting head of the FBI knew and did nothing. They were afraid a "Show of force" like during BLM protests would have antagonized the crowd
if you really want details, I would recommend looking into Seth Abramson's work, he is good at pulling all the threads together. Never been wrong, even if he sensationalises stuff.
