@scottronaut Did you end up making some corned beef? Since I only make it once a year, I forgot that I put it on high for about an hour, then low for 6. I hope I didn't mess you up...

@mightymite My Mother always made it on St Patrick's Day: corn beef and cabbage and a boiled potato. She was a great cook and though that particular dish is not my favorite it means alot to me because it reminds me of my Mom who was a wonderful person.
