Today the decision was made easier. Resign from my duties as Treasurer and BoD member to a nonprofit. I had struggled with the amount of time it required for over a year. What kept me going was the expertise I brought to the community we served. I was able to make a lot of progress and feel I left them with a much more stable foundation for success than I found them in. Though there was still more to do.
Interpersonally, the board had become toxic and it was time to move on 😢
