It has been 30 years since the release of The Shawshank Redemption. In my house, I jokingly ask, "Who is ready to see The Shawshank Redemption? Today we did it! The film, based on a Stephen King Novella, still holds up. Now I want to coax then into seeing Midnight Express.

I was recently watching both versions of movies based on James Thurberโs โThe Secret Life of Walter Mittyโ, originally published in The New Yorker (1939).
