This New Rules by #BillMaher is totally on target, and needs to be shouted from the rooftops. British Columbia's election campaign officially starts Sept. 21, and will be over Oct. 19, still over TWO WEEKS before the US election finally happens. Like Bill says, this isn't for our benefit; it is to "enrich advertisers, political consultants, and what's left of the news media."
