Freeland says they'll appeal.

@bluesbaby What I've heard so far is, the Court didn't object to the Emergies Act being applied in Ottawa. Their objection was to applying it nationwide.
If you have anything that explains that further, I'd be interested.
I thought the decision had to do with the protesters in Ottawa.
