A federal judge says the Liberal government's use of the Emergencies Act in early 2022 to clear convoy protesters was unreasonable.

Freeland says they'll appeal.

@bluesbaby What I've heard so far is, the Court didn't object to the Emergies Act being applied in Ottawa. Their objection was to applying it nationwide.

I thought the decision had to do with the protesters in Ottawa.
