I've been having similar thoughts. What if GOP sends multiple slates of electors or states refuse to certify? Meh, the President of the Senate can resolve any issues without having to send it to the House for a vote.

This may happen to some of you occasionally but it was a first for me.
A college age looking young man approached me in Target and asked if I could wipe his bottom for him. He had just gone to the bathroom and couldn't reach around. He was carrying a roll of toilet paper. I declined.

The president CAN propose something but the legislature writes the bill, introduces and passes the bill and sends it to the president for approval.

I had a proud papa moment a couple years ago. My daughter called for instructions on changing a tire. I stayed on the phone with her and talked her through it.

She didn't want me to come change her tire, just wanted directions. Yay.
