Oh geez! It's amazing how the body responds to stress. I feel my heart rate racing at times if I allow myself to think about the possibility of a 2nd trump term. This election has got to be the most stressful yet! Everywhere I turn I'm seeing material on how to cope with the stress caused by this election!
