You know, I’ve spent the whole week doing research on Judicial ethics and Arbitrator ethics for a brief I’m writing and if Thomas or Alito were subject to the ethics standards of any Federal Court Judge, they would not only been dragged before an ethics board, they probably would have lost their jobs and their law licenses.
People don’t appreciate how egregious their conduct has been and how serious their actions. The press has done a crap job of educating the public in this regard.
I agree but everything I have learned about it has been through the media. I think the real problem is actions don't have consequences...at least for some.
A few senators are NOW asking questions but impeachments begin in the House.
