😳Nurses are mad that non-nurse, nursing support personnel BOUGHT the nurses week fundraiser shirt… that benefits the nursing institute. They are also miffed the hospital gave nursing support staff the coffee mugs that are a nurse’s week gift.
🙃Seriously? We’re mad that nursing care partners are getting recognized too, because the hospital doesn’t care about/budget for the Health Unit Coordinators or CNA appreciation weeks?

My wife works as secretary for the local school district psychologist department. There were tshirts given to the psyc's for some event. She declined an offer of one because she isn't a psyc. Undaunted, the head of the staff had a shirt made that said psyc support staff. Wife has the only one.

She is the only reason my wife is still working. They have to contract with the district to come back the following year if they are staying. She just asks her boss if she is coming back. Easy decision.
