The questions that concerned me the most was about Colorado deciding for the whole country that Trump couldn't be on the ballot. Wish the attorney would have said they only decided it for Colorado, not the country.

I personally think Colorado SCOTUS was right, for Colorado.

Supreme Court COULD issue a narrow ruling that within the constitution they are not wrong but other states will have to decide for themselves. Of course then they end up with 49 more expedited cases and still no decision. Right now there is no constitutional issue that needs resolved.

@KGinKS The Justices kept going back to if CO does it the other states will too as an argument it cant just be CO. My argument is that ALL states should - section 3 of the 14th says he is not eligible - so he shouldn't be on ANY ballots EVER!
