I don't think there will be either but navigating around an armed national guard unit that is defying the SCOTUS will be a problem.

@KGinKS No. He should not.
For a number of reasons. The not-insignificant chance of a civil war or other internal violent confrontations are not alone on that list.
For one, you don't let a state governor break the law. You don't allow the formation of armies loyal to a governor and not the union. You don't allow state law and temporal power to supercede federal. Doing so renders states impunious to the law of the land.
