Did CO supreme court interfere with congress authority to remove the disability of Trump being an insurrectionist ineligible for election to office under the 14th amendment.
Not at all, they just presented them with the opportunity to cue up a bill to be passed by 2/3's majority to remove the insurrectionist label.
