The Colorado republicans have already said that if they lose the appeal to the SC they will switch from a primary to determine the republican nominee to a caucus that is run by the party.
This is far from over.

@KGinKS The ineligible part is why he can't be on the ballot. Same as if someone who is not 35 years of age is ineligible. Solid legal grounds.

Right. So if republicans switch to a caucus and Trump wins that he still won't be put on the ballot because he is ineligible. Ball is in the SCOTUS court now.
