How would it be if Biden agreed to Tuberville's demands so US servicewomen would no longer have access to abortion in states that banned it, in exchange for a big increase in Pentagon spending to build new military bases? Needed because every base in a state that restricted medical rights of women would be closed. Zero military presence, zero contracts, in those states.

@walterbays Both parties want to believe the Senate is a special place with honorable and serious deliberations. Not really, it's mostly monkeys flinging poop for entertainment, just like the house.
@KGinKS They could also change their rules so that a single malcontent no longer had the power to bring America to its knees.
Malcontent is probably too charitable a characterization. His aim may be to pack the military leadership with Trump loyalists ahead of Coup 2.0 where unlike 1.0 the brass would obey unconstitutional orders and install a ruling dynasty.
