A bit about me. I am a 65yo male Kiwi living in Australia. I am a survivor of PTSD through my teens and 20s, self harming and suicidal thoughts. Survived motorcycle accidents. Dragged up the road by a car that left me with injuries to this day. Did volunteer work for over 16 years as a crisis phone counsellor for youth in New Zealand, senior mentor to the mentor team and facilitator of supervision groups. Developed my own self awareness/improvement. Engaged to be married. Loving CoSo so far.
