@WhoopassGirl You can report the lender to their state's business licensing dept.

I did that with a biz in CA; the CA Attorney General (AGBecerra on Twitter) contacted the biz & they had to respond and justify their actions. Made me feel better, anyway.

Iowa, on the other hand, ignored my report. It just depends, I guess.
