I completed my civic duty this morning at the county board of elections office. It was with the most deliberate enthusiasm for doing so than I’ve had for some time.

It was noticeably busier with voters from all generations exercising their right and it was encouraging to see.

I can now concentrate on assisting those in my community on November 5 who need transportation to the local polling station.
