It's shit like this that just annoys the piss out of me...

Hey, I'm going to quickly pay my mortgage before I leave for work... no, I have to reset my username and password because they've upgraded their security... and now when I try to login with my new username and password, they send me a text to make sure it's really me... and then, oh yeah, the text doesn't arrive until 5 MINUTES LATER!!!!
