I always wonder if people like her really have no clue what communism and socialism is or if they're just betting on their audience being that ignorant.

It doesn't really matter because the purpose of the statement is a call to arms to justify the next better-planned coup.
If a seditious mob can have even a thin pretext of moral justification there are no limits to the violence and death they will be willing to perpetrate once whipped into a 'moral' 'patriotic' frenzy.
What she is doing is clear, direct, open sedition.
