gist of it is: i was talking to a bunch of rape counsellors & the #1 question they get from male relatives of women/girls is: what safety advice would they give for their female relatives to avoid rape?

the answer: “if we are talking evidence, and statistics, the answer is: never go anywhere where there are men.”
