OTOH (partly thanks to being an autistic person) I'm always VERY wary of laws criminalizing speech, because A) I know *I* often misinterpret things, plus B) I know I am often misinterpreted, and I could see police/courts liberally interpreting then misusing such laws to wrongfully imprison people they don't like.
Especially since AI can now make indistinguishable fakes, meaning it's entirely possible to cook up flawless "evidence" to back up a false conviction.
