#SCOTUS is delaying a case that would help voting rights and stop a lot of the rw gerrymandering from happening. That said, the 5th circuit is also accepting a bunch of rw cases.
“Now because of delays from lawmakers and the Supreme Court, Black voters will be disenfranchised yet again,” @ash_cleaves, case manager for Democracy Docket, a voting rights platform that tracks election litigation, said in an email."
