@Jezibaba Just checked Sauer's is not his attorney in this argument. Another attorney will sully their reputation for PeDoe174. Johnathan Mitchell, who also submitted amicus briefs to bring down Roe. I will probably listen - concerned it would be Sauer and Id settle for reading a transcript - his voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard.
