This was the Grand Opening CORTEO ACQUEO of Carnevale this morning on the Grand Canal. In 2024, Carnevale will be dedicated to the life, travels, food, and times of one of the most famous Venetian merchant explorers, MARCO POLO, who passed away 700 years ago, on 8 January 1324.
