The recent peculiar Alito WSJ editorial page interview puts him in more trouble than many appreciate. First, obviously, it’s opining about a question that might come before the Court, which all the justices in their confirmation hearings tell us is wrong. That’s easy.

@Gambit_1 I get that our forgetfulness is a survival tactic. It does not help us with shit like this. We have to keep the drum beats going, we have to keep talking about it, and we can't let them off the hook. I agree
@Jezibaba The GOP and Alito are going to try to run out the clock hoping people will forget. It’s on us, if we let that happen.
