Our water is contaminated.

We don’t yet know the implications OR HOW VAST the chemical spread is. We only know as much as the EPA, Ohio’s Governing Agencies & Norfolk choose to release - as it is becoming increasingly evident there is a problem far more severe than they want to admit.
Contamination has killed schools of fish in the nearby waters within a ten mile radius, so you can only imagine the ecological detriment this has caused.

Keep in mind, residents were able to return to their homes within a week of the controlled release of vinyl chloride into the atmosphere - all the while, according to the environmental engineer associated with the detonation, the major impact will be felt for years to come as the chemical gets into the ground water

It is also yet to be known what the byproduct of the total list of chemicals will be when they ultimately combine in contaminated areas. This is being discussed by chemists currently.

What the HELL is going on?

Vinyl chloride is not only flammable, but it's also a brain, lung, blood, and liver carcinogen. Authorities decided to burn hundreds of thousands of gallons of this chemical after a train derailed in East Palestine, Ohio.

But it’s gotten almost no national news coverage…

The East Palestine railway disaster has spilled several highly toxic chemicals into the Ohio River which connects directly to the Mississippi. Wildlife in waterways over 2 miles from the spill have died. Construction crews simply covered some parts of the spill without completely cleaning the chemicals, which estimates to have penetrated as deep as 150ft in the ground.

The following chemicals have been spilled into the Ohio river and are flowing southward:

3. Ethylhexyl Acrylate
4. Isobutylene
5. Butyl Acrylates

The Ohio River flows southwesterly to the MS and from there hits several states. The following states are expected to have compromised water:

Tennessee
Indiana
Illinois
Missouri
Arkansas
Louisiana
Mississippi
Alabama

After the derailment, federal and local officials repeatedly told residents that the air quality was safe and that the water supply was untainted.

But more than a week after the Norfolk Southern train derailed — leading authorities to release a toxic plume — residents told The Post that they had yet to see a full list of the chemicals that were aboard the train when it lost its course.
