Around 2 AM Russia publishes news of a successful air strike on an ammo depot in Kramatorsk, Ukraine.
Soon after local media revealed that another apartment block has been half destroyed. At least three dead, tens injured and still unknown numbers under the rubble.
Russian TV immediately changed the tune, saying that Ukrainian air defenses shot at the building “to blame Russia”.
