On Tuesday, Georgia Superior Court Judge Robert C.I. McBurney struck down Georgia’s six-week abortion ban in a thundering decision that, at least for now, restores Georgia residents’ right to choose.
Yes, we still need to codify Roe v Wade. Judge McBurney is saying it still stands until the constitutional source changes- and it hasn't. Just the number of judges voting to overturn changed- not the source.
