I thought hard before saying it. I’m sorry to cause you distress, but the EPA ruling and the Courts willingness to review the independent state legislature doctrine are fundamental attacks on our government.
The court took power on itself to review laws. Congress can limit that power whenever it wishes.
We are still #TheMajority, and for at least two more years, the power of the federal government will not be used to silence us. There is still time to right this
