....when I'm trying to focus, I use a 'stack' list. These are all the things I want to run off and do, but I'm trying to focus on Task A.
I'm working on 1 task for the last 90 minutes. My stack of things-I-want-or-need-to-do is 21 items long.
These are things I'd lose sight of, and some of them are important. (Some are just impulses. Some are important to me. It's a mix.)
