Today I am thankful that I was able to tell the star of a viral video that he inspired me to learn Welsh. I wanted him to know how much joy that short video about a long name brought me in a dark time.

I never thought he would see my video. He surprised me, having left a kind comment on it. I also got a wonderful compliment on my pronunciation. That means the world to me! I love Cymraeg and Cymru more than anything. I am healing.

Here are the two comments that made my heart smile. :)

Diolch yn fawr! (Thank you very much!)

@grayman Diolch yn fawr! (Thank you very much!) I was told about it, have not tried it yet.

@grayman "The show was filmed in both Welsh and English, with the location-based production offices contained within the former Ceredigion Council offices Swyddfa'r Sir, which also acts as the exterior of the show's police station.[13]

Each scene was filmed twice, in the English and Welsh languages, apart from a few scenes where Welsh with subtitles is used for the English version.[14]"

Oooh this sounds so cool!
