I was in boarding High school, and we have this fellow roo mate, doesnt sleep in mosquito nets,, at times u will see mosquitoes feasting on her , all over her legs up to her face, with big their big red bellies..this happen every night!! Yet, she never once contracted malaria!!!!!

Honestly up to this day i am still facinated why shes never got malaria!!

Well we live in the tropics, and the school was near a forest, and swamps and small lakes.

@BrianHjelleVirologist saw one time on NatGeo that those who lived in the wild (natives/indigenous tribes) have a much stronger immune system than those living in big cities. These indigenous people are exposed to all kinds of bacteria or virus through out their lives and their body have adapted for that,, versus those in big cities or urban environments..

Point is,, we need to build our immune system again, like those in the jungles have been doing. Some are even "resistant" to malaria!!
