4. Militias are NOT legally protected to utilize the 2nd ammendment at polling locations.

5. Only National Guard or state militias brought up BY THE GOVERNMENT have protected rights.

6. These rules have applied since before the creation of our constitution.

1. Handcuffs and a cell to anyone who does not understand a 2nd ammendment right and what you can/cannot do with it.

2. Free speech, 1st ammendment, does not protect: Voter intimidation, inciting violence

3. Voter intimidation manifests in different ways such as violent threats, misinformation about voting, fraudulent information regarding voting, challenging voters.
