I've been down and out sick. My non-stop go go go the entire month of May into the first week of June finally took me out. Was able to bring the dragons home yesterday, at last. They're glad to see each other. I'm glad to have them home♥️

This was a bittersweet day. After his win, a man in thr rung next to ours collapsed from a heart attack and died. It's been a traumatic day. Despite the win. Focusing on the postivie l, but makes you realize how fragile life is.

Just where I need to be. I've been on the road basically the entire month. 5 days total I've been at my own house. Worked two 6-day work weeks in the 2 weeks I wasn't in a different state, and was boarding dogs (6+ my 2) on top of it all. Ya'll. I AM BEAT.

Bread appreciation post! I met a woman in TN who does baking and homesteading. She makes the most incredible sour dough goods. Bread, scones, brownies, as well as some yeast bread and rolls. Baked to order. These arrived fresh and still warm yesterday, before I began my drive.

Ya'll. The self control I have had the last 2 days is nothing short of amazing. THE SMELLS bout drove me to cave in. Sooo good. Cheddar and roasted garlic, and blueberry.
