Goodnight Fam. A week of grooming with a bad back, that can't recoup because I keep re-aggravating it has me beyond exhausted and a bit spicy. We have a 3 day weekend this weekend, and its supposed to be mid 70's. Instead of getting to be out enjoying it, I suspect I'll be flat on my back. Hell, tomorrow alone I have 4 100+lb Doodles, a 90lb Golden & an around 80lb Aussie. After 3 same size doodles today & 4 yesterday, I'm over it. Thankful for the upcoming show & Gidee's new coat bringing joy💜😴

Ordered a one of a kind, custom made, hand picked fabric cool coat for Gideon paid for with tip money! I wanted a purple and gold theme, the colors of a Best of Breed ribbon, but not a common design or fabric I've seen someone else have. I found this fabric and knew it was the one! To debut at our Boxer National in May. Flashy on the outside, these coats have liner that holds the cold from ice water, yet doesn't wet the dog when wrung out. It's prettier than I envisioned 💜💛

More candids from last weekend. What a gift to find out they had been taken. I went to the show alone & didn't have anyone to take pics or videos, because my friends that were there were all showing at the same time in the breed and left before groups (where these were taken) had started. Professional candids was awesome!

I still pinch myself when I look at him. Such a special dog. Everything a Boxer should be, in looks and temperament.

I hurt my back, my sciatica is raging. This guy, has been a doG send. He helps me get up, letting me wrap my arms around his neck, pulling back til I get sitting up, then coming beside me, so I can place both hands on his back & push myself up to a standing position. He doesn't move & I can feel him brace himself to help me. I don't know how the heck he knows to do it, but he does, and I'm so grateful💜
