Along with my toad friends, I met this cutie frog baby with beautiful gold striping today.

So, I'm boarding dogs. There's 10. I groomed 13 today. I love dogs, but holy shit am I OVER dogs. I am currently doing their playtime, and by 9 my ass will be in bed. Idgaf how early it is. I am dead tired. This entire week is set to be the same. I'm here boarding dogs til Fri, which after work I leave for South Carolina for s dog show Sat & Sun. Lawd help me. I hope I'm upright by the end of it all. These are some of the boarders.

The Amish market I went to today. The epitome of "don't judge a book by its cover". Hidden gem.

🦌 She's backkkk. I love the little "friendship" we have. Watching, fully aware of the shenanigans ensuing, our little doe buddy came to say hello!💜

I always let them see each other, but make a point of distracting and redirecting my two, before natural curiosity takes over and they take off. In doing this, I think it has helped desensitize my two to seeing them, while allowing the doe to build a little trust. It's fun to get to have these interactions!😍

Deer friends part 2.

It's such a fun friendship we get to experience 💜🦌

The dogs aren't the only ones to form a friendship with the deer. This doe and I have been eyeing each other from afar, too.

She's so curious! I stood outside, still, and the longer I stood the closer she'd come. Then, I came inside, staying in the doorway watching, and she continued to watch me, and came even closer. Then she began this game of running away and trotting back up. I captured some of that below. Her buck buddy isn't as interested, but likes observing as well. 🦌💜
