@LnzyHou mich better, thank you! I lost just under 14lbs that week. It was AWFUL. My stomach shrank, can't eat much, but I can actually eat and enjoy it, and that right there is all that matters!
Wish you’d consider probiotic supplements. They will upset your gut at first as clearing out toxins. Within week or so, they will be cleared out.
