Got a new patio 🍅 plant! My third variety of tomato for this year. I've got 8 in the ground. 4 Heirloom plants, and 4 slicing tomato variety (I bought those at a farmers market and forget the variety name.) Also got another cantaloupe variety. Lemon cucumbers have sprouted up in their seed pods, and I got large patio pots and tomato cages to go into them, once the seedlings are ready for transfer.OH! My rainbow carrots have also germinated in their pods! Love garden season!
That's as vibrant green as I've ever seen. I think I need to start buying bush tomatoes.
@ellesu my first time trying them! Fou d this at Walmart. They actually had a couple varieties and they were all big, and healthy like this one! I dint need a 4th variety, but I kinda wanna go back and get one. I thought this plant was the same as the purple tomato plant I was looking at next to it. Thought they were all the purple ones. Surprise! 🤣
I know how you feel. Last summer I thought I'd bought a bell pepper plant but ended up with a pepper plant I'd never seen before. I'm still not sure but think it was an Italian pepper. 🤔

😂 They tasted almost like bell peppers and worked okay for cooking. After chopping a few I found out they did have a bit of heat. 🔥 My fingertips tingled for hours. 😎
