I know I’m not the only one struggling out there, so I figured I’d pass on this hell of a deal I found at Walmart. This price, an entire Roaster Chicken, you can’t go wrong. This will feed me and I’ll have lots of extras for the dogs food to mix-in. Everywhere else I’ve looked locally has been around $9.
@j0n haha, go figure! I went vegetarian for 10+ years, but gradually added back. Now I eat what I eat. Some meat, but not tons or a wide variety.
@JeSsA @j0n That's a great price. Watch the salt for the doggos, though, of course. We get the Smart & Final chickens because they are extra large and after the first night, pick all the meat from the carcass and use for chicken soup (or sandwiches). Very easy and really nice with noodles or rice added.
@JeSsA Great deal! I remember shopping for chicken for our pup…. He loved it, and I loved his anticipation 💙 The funny thing was it was at the same time the family was moving towards a vegetarian lifestyle. 😏
