I feel sick and embarrassed even asking, particularly around the holidays, and I wouldn't be if I had any other option but I really don't see any right now. I'm out of heating oil I've been heating my house with space heaters for the past 2 days and I need to get 100 gallons of oil but I just don't have the money to do it. If anyone can help, I would be beyond grateful. I can give the name of my oil company, if people are more comfortable with that. #CoSoMutualAid

@JeSsA I can't help with money, but diesel fuel and heating oil are the same. Diesel has had dyes added to it when the road taxes are paid.
I have gotten through many tough stretches by filling 2 5 gallon diesel cans at the gas station. I can get by about 3 or 4 days on 10 gallons.

@JeSsA I can't help, sadly, but please, please be careful with space heaters and plug them into power cords. Plug them into the wall. They pull so much electricity that they can catch the cord on fire.
