I figured it out – it won't let me post a three–letter word starting with 'p', ending in 'e', with an 'i' smack dab in the middle.
Once removed, I could make my most previous post.
@ceorl I'm new to the platform, but guessed that either something in my post seemed fishy to the filters (as the post had quotes, a link, and numerous hashtags), or it was just a minor glitch of some sort.
I tried removing various words and hashtags, and messed with the formatting, until it posted.
I don't mind tinkering with posts if that's a thing, so good to know – thanks! #ProP!e

I have not seen a reproducible error, but you are not alone at sometimes having to just change stuff until it works :)

Oh one other thing, maybe not related to your issue, but still good to know.
Because CoSo strips off the arguments from the ends of URLs that are often used to track people, you should always put the video or other links last in your post.
So I have been told. Makes sense :)

There are issues with posts which contain things that look like possible attacks, like unpaired quotes, maybe other special characters.
I am pretty confident that we are not anti-Pie though ;)
We all have to fiddle with posts a bit sometimes to get them to stick ;)
