I spent National Weatherperson's Day (and my day off) getting my first colonoscopy... because I know how to party.

A couple of polyps were removed, and I'm waiting on results, but it seemed to go well. I lost some chest hair to the heart monitor electrodes. 😄 Get yourself checked...it is easy and important!
