WHY does the AC at our house decide to barely work - on one of the hottest days this year - on a Friday afternoon - and the repair people don’t work weekends - and if they come out on a weekend there’s an “Emergency” charge. 😭

I've long thought services like that would be the best if their normal hours included weekends.

@Jacque Oh, that scenario brings back memories as well. It DOES seem to always happen that way. Or one gets ill and the primary isn't available, needing Urgent Care or ER. Ugh. Hope it gets attention soon for you!
